I would like to book a tour for a group, can I do this?

Yes, we accept groups of all sizes on scheduled departures subject to availability. Our operations team is happy to put together a bespoke quotation for you as well?


How much is the deposit for a tour? When do I have to pay the balance?

€50 per person will secure your place. The balance is due 4 weeks prior to arrival and we will contact you in time about this.


Where will I be collected from?

There is a selection of pick up points for each tour and guests will be advise to meet at these points to meet your coach. We suggest to arrive 15 mins before the appointed time. You will be dropped back to the same location.


What happens if my tour cancels?

It may happen that a tour won’t run due to insufficient passenger numbers. If this happens we will offer an alternative tour or a refund.


What happens if I have to cancel?

If you have to cancel the cost is €50 up to 28 days before the departure of your tour. Inside 28 days there is additional costs. We charge this fee as cancellation charges from suppliers to the company can happen. We also decline other guests the possibility to book as your place was confirmed.


Can I transfer to another tour?

We can accept transfers to other tours if places are available. An administration charge of €15 applies. The new tour could have a price difference which must be paid.


I have a special request for my bedroom choice or at the hotel, how can I do this?

We are happy to accept requests and pass them through to our hotel partners and suppliers. All requests are subject to availability and are not confirmed unless the hotel can fulfil the request.
